What's Included

Disruptive, but managed.

A remodel is unpredictable by nature, nobody knows what is behind the plaster until it opens. What we can control is how that gets handled: phased scheduling, trades coordinated in one sequence, and a change-order process you see coming instead of finding on an invoice.

Design & Permits coordinates structural, electrical, and plumbing on paper first and submits anything needing sign-off before demolition.

Step 3

Build

Build phases the work so you keep a kitchen, a bathroom, and a way in, with dust barriers up daily and the site swept before the crew leaves.

Questions worth asking.

Can I stay in the home during the remodel?
Often yes for single-space and phased work, we keep a kitchen, a bath, and a way in wherever the scope allows. If a full gut makes staying impractical, we'll tell you that at scoping, not halfway through.
How do you handle surprises behind the walls?
Everything we open up gets documented, priced, and brought to you before we proceed. We also write concealed-condition allowances into the contract up front, so the unexpected has a plan instead of becoming a surprise invoice.
Do you help with design decisions?
Yes. We support finish selection throughout the project, and if you don't have a designer we'll introduce you to one we trust.
What's a realistic timeline?
Six to twelve weeks on site for single spaces, and four to nine months for a whole-home remodel, phased so you keep living in the house wherever possible.
