We demolished the original house and built new from the foundation up, a bright, open plan wrapped in walls of glass. Walnut millwork, warm stone, and an indoor-outdoor flow connect the great room, kitchen, and a resort-style backyard with a pool and spa.
Built new from the ground up
This was a full teardown and ground-up build: new foundation, framing, structural steel, and systems throughout. Every space was designed around how the family lives, generous sightlines, natural light, and a seamless connection between the interior and the backyard.
